If the purpose of your request is for genealogical research you must call the office to make the request.

Request your annual giving report for the prior tax year. Please provide the name that appears on your envelopes, your full mailing address including state and zip code, and your envelope number. If you are unsure of your envelope number, simply put a number 1.

Join the choir!
The final mass at the Church of the Nativity of Our Lord will be held on Pentecost Sunday, June 8th, at 1pm. Past and present choir members, parishioners, and alumni of Nativity and Marian Catholic Schools are encouraged to participate.
Rehearsals will be held on Wednesday evenings beginning on May 7th from 6pm - 8pm in the Church. If you no longer live in Scranton but plan to visit for the final mass, an additional rehearsal will be held at 11:30am on June 8. Please provide your contact information using the form to the right if you plan to participate.
